Welcome to Yoga Queen

Yoga Queen is an intimate and soothing new space in Toronto’s Parkdale neighborhood looking to serve the needs of the community. We offer a variety of classes throughout the week, both as drop-ins and pre-registrations.

We endeavour to keep our footprint small, but make our impact great. It is our goal to bring yoga and health to both children and adults, whether they be experienced yogis or brand new practioners, in the community.

As the days grow shorter and the nights longer we pull our elbows in tight to our sides and shutdown against the harsher weather. When your energy is low to begin with, the heightened expectations of socializing during the holiday season can really bring you down.

Come together in the dark time of the year and find respite from the hibernation blues. This series combines restorative yoga with group therapy to replenish an exhausted state of being and explore new ways of managing your energy. Find the inspiration to reach toward your dreams by tapping into the physical and emotional supports available to you. No previous yoga experience necessary.

This program will motivate you to make choices that better reflect your talents and abilities. Through yoga postures, breathing practice, philosophy and meditation you will be introduced to a broad array of tools for coping. Ideal for anyone with a desire to free up their excitement for a more fully engaged life.
